CrystalViewer

CrytalViewer is a JOGL-based visualization tool (beta version) for viewing and analysis of crystal structures.

Features

  1. Read crystal coordinates in Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) format and generate equivalent positions of the unit cell.
  2. View structure of unit cell or multiple unit cells in different modes, i.e sticks, Balls&Sticks, and Overlapping Spheres.
  3. Clip surfaces.
  4. Write coordinates of the unit cell.
