CrystalViewer
CrytalViewer is a JOGL-based visualization tool (beta version) for viewing and analysis of crystal structures. Source: CSE-OnlineFeatures
- Read crystal coordinates in Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) format and generate equivalent positions of the unit cell.
- View structure of unit cell or multiple unit cells in different modes, i.e sticks, Balls&Sticks, and Overlapping Spheres.
- Clip surfaces.
- Write coordinates of the unit cell.
